The Fenway Sports Group and Synthetic Turf of New England (STNE) today announced the launch of PGA Tour professional Brad Faxon’s affiliation with STNE as a distributor of its award-winning putting greens.

During the 2006 PGA tour season, Faxon met with STNE co-owner Russ Maymon to determine his needs and expectations to design his ideal custom practice surface. Maymon and his team created the perfect practice putting facility that allows Faxon to sharpen his putting skills in between his demanding tour schedule.
On the PGA Tour it is imperative to always have a strong short game,” said Faxon.

Brad Faxon of Barrington, RI is a 24-year PGA TOUR veteran. His first win came in 1991 at the Buick Open and since then he has established himself as one of the most consistent and respected players on TOUR.
